last from July to October. The earliest rhizomes are ideal for essential oils, and the most mature
ones are the best for spices.

Cleaning and Washing
Clean and wash the rhizomes gently and with plenty of water immediately after harvesting
(they must not be broken).
Drying
Dry quickly in hygienic conditions.
It can be dried at room temperature or in the sun.

Use jute bags or other packaging, as recommended by the customer. The seller will deliver
the product to the shipping point, including all documents related to exporting it.
Food Use
Use as a spice in pastries, confectionery, cooking, beverages, etc.
Cosmetic Use
Contains protein that helps structure and repair skin tissue.
Medicinal Uses
Promotes digestion. It is said to be effective in combating motion sickness, nausea and
